- GIRLS HOOPS: TAYLOR THOMPSON SCORING BIG FOR THE GREGORY SCHOOL Taylor Thompson scored 34 points Thursday night to lead The Gregory School over Valley Union 51-18. The victory gives the Hawks (8-1) a 3-0 record in the 1A South Region. The loss came against 3A foe Sahuarita (34-33) in the preseason Boyd Baker Tournament.

- Volleyball: The Gregory School turns back Patagonia, 3-2 It's been ten years since Patagonia qualified for the state playoffs. That's a decade of frustration that will certainly end next week but The Gregory School made sure the Lobos would have to wait a bit longer to celebrate after beating Patagonia 3-2 (23-25, 26-24, 12-25, 25-22, 18-16) Monday night.
