Centennial continued its strong start to the season Friday night with a 44-0 rout of the Millennium Tigers in Goodyear. Centennial running back Daniel Daly took the first offensive play 67 yards for a touchdown and the Coyotes never looked back. Centennial standout senior Zach Hoffpauir scored twice on the ground and fellow senior quarterback Justin Sanchez threw for a TD and ran in for another as the Coyotes led 34-0 at the break. Centennial added 10 more points in the second half in route to the convincing victory.

Centennial has now outscored its opponents 96-7 in its first two wins of the year. The Coyotes return home this Friday to take on La Joya Community. La Joya is 0-and-2 on the campaign and has been outscored 111-0. Millennium, meanwhile, takes its 1-and-1 record to Buckeye to battle Verrado.
