Sunnyside advanced five wrestlers and Ironwood Ridge advanced five on Thursday to the finals of the Divsion I and Division II state wrestling tournaments, respectively, at Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott Valley.

Sunnyside wrestlers reaching Friday's finals are: Lucio Murillo (125 pounds), Raul Moraga (130), Andres Piedra (135), Kory DeBerry (152) and Cedric Gonzalez (171).

Desert Vista advanced three to the finals -- Robbie Mathers (125); Kendall Lane (135) and Alex Bambic (215). Chandler (Dalton Brady-112 and Vidal Mejia-119); Cibola (Rafael Jaimes-103 and Adam Ludwin-119);  Highland (Cut Done-130 and Colten Oliver-189) and Mesa (Edgar Verdu-152 and Dorian Coleman-160) have two finalists each.

Ironwood Ridge enters Friday's finals with top-seed Connor Buette (119), No. 4 seed Tate Sandifer (125), No. 4 seed Ruben Valdez (140), No. 2 seed Walker Slaughter and No. 4 seed David Wilson (160) advancing.

Marcos de Niza (Jesus Morales-130 and Adam Pavlenko-215; Cienega (Cristian Sanchez-112 and Joseph Bracamonte-171), Gila Ridge (Alex Jordan-125 and Kevin Jumbeck-160) and Marana Mountain View (Adam Jungbluth-135 and Tanner Waltz-140) advanced two wrestlers each to the Division II finals.

Consolation rounds continue Friday afternoon with the championship bouts set for 7 p.m. at Tim's Toyota Center.
