Class 5A Division I champion Chandler Hamilton and 5A-II champion Scottsdale Chaparral had three players each on the Arizona Football Coaches Association Big 25 All-State team, as selected by the coaches.

Players from any of the classifications are eligible to be selected.

Coaches also picked teams according to their respective classifications, 5A-I, 5A-II, 4A-I, 4A-II, 3A, 2A and 1A. Those teams are listed separately.
