The initial sections for the 2013-15 school years are out.

The Arizona Interscholastic Association posted the sections Tuesday morning. Golf, swim and dive, spiritline and track and field are the only sports that won’t have sections.

Each of those sports will just be assigned to a division. Schools can appeal their section placement.

The deadline for section appeals is Jan. 10 at 2 p.m. Click here for the appeals form.

The AIA executive board will hear the section appeals Jan. 22, and the final section placements will be released Jan. 23 by 2 p.m.
