Former New Mexico State head coach Keith Rubio is now the head coach at Salpointe. Rubio was an assistant coach at USC, Boise State, Oregon before taking the top position at Quincy University before heading to New Mexico State in 2011. He retired in 2021. His brother, Dave Rubio, retired from the University of Arizona in 2023 after 31 years on the job.

Marana also has a new head coach in Alexa Balderas and Matea Villegas is the new coach at Cienega.
