Catalina Foothills sophomore Oliver De Guia shot a 1-under-par 34 at the Silverbell Golf Course to help pace the Falcons (140) to a win over Sahuaro (209) and Flowing Wells (227) on Wednesday. Junior Finn Meister shot an even 35 as did freshman Zachary Schaefer.

Catalina Foothills is currently the top-ranked team in Division II followed by Ironwood Ridge and Notre Dame Prep and Catalina Foothills sophomore Chase Cesarek is currently the top-ranked individual in D-II ahead of Sabino junior Chase Pickering and Meister.

Hamilton is the top-ranked D-I boys team and Liberty junior Nash Arthurs is the top-ranked D-II individual. Xavier is the top-ranked D-I girls team and Xavier sophomore Isabella Piazza is the D-I top-ranked individual. Casteel is the top-ranked D-II girls team and Casteel sophomore Julia Herzberg is the top-ranked D-II individual.

The rankings can change daily and teams must complete seven rounds to qualify for the state tournament. Individuals not attached to a qualifying team must also complete a minimum of seven rounds. 18 individuals will also make the state playoffs.
