Football: Teams hope to remain in contention for postseason

Teams hope to remain in contention for postseason football playoff berths as the regular season continues for Northern Arizona high schools.
Statewide power rankings were released earlier this week.
In 3A statewide power rankings, Winslow is ranked 14th to lead Northern Arizona high schools. Other Northern Arizona high school rankings are Ganado (19th), Kayenta Monument Valley (23rd), Page (30th), Chinle (32nd), Window Rock (33rd), Tuba City (35th) and Holbrook (39th).
2A statewide power rankings are as follows. St. Johns (10th), Red Mesa (14th), Alchesay (17th), Hopi (27th), Many Farms (32nd), Pinon (35th), Valley Sanders (36th), Rock Point (37th) and Greyhills Academy (40th).
