Northern Arizona high schools continue their trek toward possible state football tournament playoff berths this week.

The top 16 schools emerging in each classification in the statewide power rankings earn a state football tournament playoff berth. The first round begins on November 8. The state football tournament quarterfinals is slated for November 15. Winners advance to the semifinals on November 23. The state championship game is set for November 29.
