The Arizona Interscholastic Association is happy to announce the addition of Ashley Gronewold as the new tournament coordinator for Spiritline. In this role with the AIA, Gronewold will work closely with the schools to ensure compliance, as well as work with venues to ensure a first class championship experience.

Gronewold brings extensive experience to the position, including serving as the head Spiritline coach at Verrado and Shadow Mountain high schools for a total of nine years, and also as a private cheer coach. While with the AIA member schools, her squads have taken home five state championships in cheer and stunt divisions. She also served as an elementary and middle school teacher in the Peoria and Litchfield school districts.

As an activity that continues to grow around the state, Gronewold will look to expand opportunities for squads at the member schools to participate -- and dominate -- at national competitions. She can be reached at agronewold@aiaonline.org regarding anything related to AIA Spiritline.
